- Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring stability, performance, and security
- Configure and optimize ServiceNow modules (including ITSM and others)
- Analyse requirements and support implementation of new functionalities
- Ensure proper integration with external systems (REST, Web Services, SSO, LDAP)
- Maintain platform consistency, alignment, and configuration quality standards
- Support incident resolution, troubleshooting, and system improvements
- Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles
- Contribute to gap analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support BCMS-related activities, including documentation and process alignment
- Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders across the organization
