- Take ownership of multiple OTM workstreams, delegating tasks and coordinating delivery
- Design and establish processes for steady-state support and onboarding
- Provide system architecture guidance for configuration and maintenance teams
- Standardize and optimize OTM solutions across different customers
- Support both implementation and maintenance projects
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure high-quality customer service and delivery excellence
- Contribute to solution design, system improvements, and continuous optimization
