- Ensure commission calculations in CaptivateIQ align with approved plans and policies
- Validate and manually calculate monthly/quarterly sales commissions per compensation plans
- Review source data (bookings, quotas, attainment, credits) for accuracy before processing
- Prepare and distribute commission statements to the sales team
- Partner with Sales Operations and Payroll for timely variable compensation disbursement
- Manage end-to-end commission cycles, including reconciliation and dispute resolution
- Maintain accurate, audit-ready commission records at all times
- Serve as the Finance Team's primary contact for Sales, Sales Operations, and HR on commission inquiries and disputes
- Collaborate with Sales Operations to maintain accurate quota, territory, and crediting data
- Partner with HR and Legal to ensure compensation plans comply with local regulations across Kyriba's global operations
- Prepare sales commissions and bonus accrual data monthly for accounting period close
- Analyze commission data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement
- Generate and distribute commission reports to the Total Rewards team for further analysis
