Senior Frontend React Developer

Join a team building a modern, production-grade chat application designed as a standalone product. You'll work on creating a responsive and engaging user experience, developing real-time features and helping shape the frontend architecture of a platform used in a live production environment.

What you will do:

• Develop and maintain frontend features using React and TypeScript
• Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces for real-time chat experiences
• Implement streaming and real-time UI functionality
• Manage complex client-side state and asynchronous data flows
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Contribute to frontend architecture, code quality and best practices
• Optimize performance and usability across the application

• Client: lead international bank
• Recruitment process: 2 meetings with the Client, followed by a phone screen with our recruiter
• Hybrid work: 6 days per month from the office in Cracow or Warsaw

Skills

• Strong commercial experience with React and TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with Tailwind CSS and modern component libraries such as shadcn/ui, Radix UI or similar design systems
• Proven experience building real-time or streaming user interfaces
• Strong understanding of client-side state management and modern frontend architecture
• Strong AI development experience, including daily use of tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code or similar AI-powered coding assistants
• Ability to write clean, maintainable and scalable code

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Dataverse
• Hands-on experience integrating streaming AI APIs, including OpenAI, Azure OpenAI or SSE-based LLM solutions
• Previous experience working on chat, messaging or AI-driven applications
