• Industry Expertise: Proven track record in a software house managing complex IT projects for the energy sector (eMobility, renewables, utilities).
• Contract Models: Extensive experience delivering under both Fixed Price and Time & Material frameworks.
• Environment: Skilled in navigating regulated, operationally demanding enterprise client environments.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Delivery: Full accountability for project timelines, scope, budget, and overall quality.
• Team Coordination: Leading cross-functional teams (Engineering, QA, DevOps, Architecture) to build scalable digital platforms.
• Governance & Risk: Identifying and mitigating risks, managing scope changes, and ensuring service stability.
• Stakeholder Management: Clear communication and forecasting across technical, operational, and business teams.

The ideal candidate has a strong track record of delivering projects under both Fixed Price and Time & Material engagement models, ensuring predictable delivery, financial control, and alignment with business and regulatory requirements. You will coordinate multidisciplinary delivery teams building scalable digital platforms that support the energy transition, electrification, and distributed energy ecosystems.
