- Define and execute end-to-end change management strategies across multiple IT and digital transformation projects
- Conduct stakeholder identification, mapping, and impact analysis across business units and regions
- Develop and deliver communication strategies and plans tailored to diverse, global audiences
- Design and deliver training approaches, materials, and adoption support content
- Create all change-related deliverables, including: communications and announcements, executive and project presentations, FAQs and job aids, training decks and user enablement materials
- Monitor change readiness, adoption, and engagement metrics, adjusting the approach where required
- Work closely with project managers, technical teams, and senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery
- Ensure consistency with the Digital IT communications framework, branding, and standards
