Demand generation & pipeline:
- Build and own the MQL → SQL pipeline – set up lead scoring in HubSpot, define qualification criteria, and optimize conversion rates across segments
- Plan and execute paid campaigns – LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and remarketing to generate qualified leads for the sales team
- Track and report on marketing ROI – CAC, LTV:CAC ratio, pipeline attribution per channel, and campaign performance
- Create high-converting content – gated reports, case studies, SEO articles (PL + EN), landing pages, and email sequences
- Run product marketing campaigns – position Workai Platform and new modules – Workai Intelligence (AI), Spaces, and Learning across different buyer segments
- Organize and promote events – webinars, industry conferences (including our upcoming AI for Work conference), and partner events
- Align marketing with sales goals – collaborate with SDR, Business Development, and Customer Success on shared pipeline targets
- Support international expansion – drive awareness and lead generation in Poland (primary), Germany, and US/UK markets
- Manage PR and brand positioning – press releases, analyst reports, thought leadership content, and partner communications
