Responsibilities
- Project Planning: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Timeline Management: Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and roadmaps using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Team Coordination: Lead, motivate, and coordinate cross-functional teams including software developers, QA engineers, and DevOps.
- Resource Allocation: Manage project resource availability, workload distribution, and budget tracking.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and technical bottlenecks to prevent delays.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders, delivering regular status reports.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all software deliverables meet quality standards, acceptance criteria, and project specifications.
- Sprint Management: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, and Retrospectives.
