- Define and implement integration standards, frameworks, and governance models
- Coordinate alignment of processes, systems (including ERP), and teams
- Drive change management initiatives to support smooth organisational transitions
- Ensure consistency of organisational identity while integrating new entities
- Identify risks related to integration and proactively manage mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders across business and IT
- Structure and optimise processes in a rapidly growing organisation
- Ensure delivery of measurable outcomes in complex transformation initiatives
