Ensure smooth handover from requirements to development
Contribute to high-quality delivery in a production Salesforce environment

Proven hands-on experience in Agentforce implementation projects (mandatory)

Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications
Solid understanding of Salesforce configuration and Agentforce behavior
Experience working closely with developers and architects
Strong communication skills and English at business level
High level of self-organization and accountability
