Responsibilities:
- Prepare business and functional analysis for one or more Guidewire modules:
- Policy Center: product model configuration (APD), sales and submission process, underwriting rules, rating, policy issuance, MTA, renewal, cancellation
- Billing Center: invoicing, direct and agency bill, payment allocation, delinquency management, refunds, account billing, multi-currency
- Claim Center: FNOL, exposure and reserve management, claims handling, payments, document production
- Analyze and define integrations with internal and external systems (payment providers, general ledger, rating engines, document production systems, digital frontends)
- Work closely with SMEs, developers, and integration teams
- Prepare and manage the backlog, prioritize requirements, and support solution design
- Recommend out-of-the-box (OOTB) functionalities versus required customizations
- Ensure alignment between business requirements and system implementation
- (Optional) Support data migration activities (billing and/or claims)
