- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to Trade Working Capital Solutions products for Client Service and Middle Office teams.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to visualize performance trends, identify bottlenecks, and inform strategic decision-making.
- Provide insightful analysis on operational data, highlighting areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
- Map, analyze, and optimize current workflow processes within the Client Service and Middle Office functions to improve turnaround times and client satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process enhancements, working closely with relevant stakeholders.
- Utilize data analytics to proactively identify business opportunities, such as potential guarantees renewals or optimization of credit line utilization.
- Collaborate with the Middle Office to generate and qualify leads, contributing directly to business growth.
- Partner with Technology teams to design, develop, and implement reporting tools, data pipelines, and analytical solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all metrics and dashboards.
- Act as a subject matter expert on performance metrics and workflow processes for Trade Working Capital Solutions.
