- Operations Process Analysis: Collaborate with Services Operations teams to identify and integrate relevant data sources into analysis platforms.
- Operational Cost Reduction: Identify opportunities to reduce operational costs through process optimization, technology adoption, and resource management.
- Operational Requirements Definition: Provide input on operational requirements to development teams.
- Quantification and Reporting: Develop and maintain metrics to quantify operational savings and report on progress to stakeholders.
- Test Case Validation: Review existing test cases developed by QA/development teams.
- PVT Scenario Definition: Define comprehensive Performance Validation Testing scenarios to simulate real-world operational loads and conditions.
- Execution Oversight: Provide oversight and guidance during the execution of PVT performed by respective OPS teams.
- Launch Readiness: Develop and implement operational launch plans for new functionalities.
- Post-Launch Support: Provide ongoing operational support and performance monitoring post-commercialization, gathering feedback and driving continuous improvement.
