- Process interest claims and penalties in line with internal procedures and regulatory requirements
- Perform end-to-end analysis of failed trades to identify root causes and determine liability
- Collaborate with internal teams and external counterparties to gather data, resolve queries, and provide timely updates
- Analyze claim documentation, verify calculations, and assess claim validity
- Ensure accurate and professional communication throughout the claims lifecycle
- Monitor and apply relevant ISITC and CSDR regulations
- Maintain full compliance with internal policies and external regulatory standards
- Prepare regular reports and updates on claims status and outcomes
- Handle complex client queries and support detailed claim reviews
- Prepare presentations and participate in client walkthrough sessions
- Support Team Manager/Supervisor in day-to-day activities
- Identify operational risks and propose improvements, including new controls and KRIs
- Ensure procedures and audit documentation are up to date and aligned across processes
