Settlement and settlement monitoring of global custody client transactions across multiple markets through Global Windows (NAM, EMEA, APAC).
Daily contact with CSDs (Central Securities Depository) or ICSDs (International Central Securities Depository ) and clearing houses to ensure STP (Straight Through Processing) ) settlement or resolve any settlement issues.
Identification and reconciliation stock and cash discrepancies for client cash and stock accounts.
Aligning with Risk and Controls procedures for daily activities.
Daily contact and support for internal client support teams
Building safe environment to test new solutions and encourage outside the box thinking

03 Profil kandydata

1+ years of experience in Transaction Management/ Settlement/ Custody/ Asset Servicing / Banking / Trade / Central Deposition / Securities Services / Securities Processing.
SWIFT system knowledge (mainly 54x type).
Fluency in English.
Polish language knowledge is beneficial but not a must.
Ability to organize work efficiently and meet deadlines.
Strong creativity, innovation, problem solving skills.
Willingness to develop and learn fast.
