The Registration Specialist is responsible for the end-to-end onboarding and data management of investors. You will ensure all accounts are set up accurately, regulatory requirements are met, and queries are resolved within strict SLA timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Onboarding & Data Setup: Analyze application forms to set up new investors and maintain static/wire details in core systems.
Query Management: Proactively monitor and respond to internal and external inquiries via email and BNP systems.
Compliance & Due Diligence: Coordinate with the Oversight team to collect CDD evidence and ensure all registration tasks follow departmental procedures.
Documentation & Verification: Communicate with stakeholders to obtain missing documentation and perform mandatory call-backs for sensitive data updates.
