03 Profil kandydata

Demonstrated experience in a leadership role, managing performance metrics, driving dashboard development, and leading process optimization initiatives.
Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in the financial services industry, with significant portion in Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS) and Client Services.
Experience with Trade Finance products or experience in TTS and Client Services leadership.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field; Master's degree preferred.
Exceptional ability to make things happen and consistently deliver results in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
Strong analytical acumen combined with strategic mindset, capable of identifying root causes, anticipating challenges, and formulating effective solutions.
Advanced proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools including Tableau and expert-level skills in SQL for complex data querying and manipulation. Proficiency in Python is highly desirable.
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with proven ability to distill complex technical and analytical information into clear narratives.
