- End-to-End Deal & Portfolio Management: Lead the execution of complex client onboarding portfolios and standard deals using project management methodologies to enhance the onboarding experience.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for clients and internal partners (Sales, Product, Tech, Legal, Risk). Lead implementation teams and chair Steering Committee meetings.
- Planning & Scope Control: Develop customized project plans (deliverables, milestones, critical path) and strictly manage project scope via change control processes.
- Governance & Quality: Establish project governance models ensuring strict adherence to defined quality standards and internal best practices.
- Efficiency & Revenue Acceleration: Reduce implementation cycle times, minimize deal slippage, and accelerate revenue conversion.
- Reporting & Escalation: Maintain project metrics (MIS), accurately report status, effectively escalate "on hold" or slow-moving deals, and provide updates to senior management.
