Requirements:
- Min. 2 years of experience in B2B sales of professional services
- Experience in independently acquiring clients
- Knowledge of the specifics of the recruitment industry or the IT market (Basic familiarity with cooperation models such as Success Fee, Contracting)
- Ease in conducting conversations with decision-makers (HR Directors, CTOs, Board, Owners)
- Ability to organize own work, determination to close sales processes and result orientation
- Good command of English enabling smooth business conversations with foreign clients
- Knowledge of tools supporting sales
Additional advantages:
- Experience in a recruitment agency, consulting firm, software house, or in selling SaaS/IT services is welcome.
