Lead / Senior Automation Test Engineer

🧠 Your responsibilities

• define and drive test strategy across the project
• oversee performance and quality assurance processes
• communicate with stakeholders and report to the client
• define testing standards, tools, and best practices
• support and mentor QA team members
• ensure high-quality delivery in a complex environment

🧩 Must haves

• strong experience in test automation
• experience in defining test strategies
• experience with performance and load testing
• hands-on experience with Python
• experience with JavaScript (for k6) or Java (for JMeter)
• experience with load testing tools (e.g. Apache JMeter, k6)
• experience with test automation frameworks (e.g. Robot Framework)
• experience working with CI/CD pipelines
• high level of ownership and leadership mindset 
• English at B2 level or higher

• experience in security-related projects
• experience leading QA teams
