Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for the backlog and product roadmap
- Managing the product team and coordinating their work
- Proposing new solutions and initiating technical improvements
- Close collaboration with Quant (trading data science) and DevOps teams
- Supporting decisions in the areas of performance, scalability, and system reliability
- Managing product development in Agile methodology, including planning and implementation of deployments
- Conscious risk management in the trading system

Czym będziesz się zajmować?
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of commercial experience as a Product Owner (in a minimum of 2 projects)
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a developer / tech lead / engineering manager in the backend area
- Skills in working with technical teams at the architecture level and technical trade-offs (e.g. connecting dependencies between system components)
- Experience in setting priorities at the intersection of Dev / Business / DevOps
- Fluent command of the Polish language in speech and writing
- Technical education
Additional advantages:
- Knowledge of trading systems, as well as systems operating with low latencies (e.g. High Frequency Trading, Real Time Bidding)
