What They Are Looking For
No padded lists, no "nice to haves." If it is here, it matters.
- 1-2 years of experience in outbound B2B: SDR, BDR, telesales, or any role where you were regularly the first point of contact
- Fluent English - your primary working language for outreach, briefings, and reporting
- French or German is a real advantage here - calls to French and German-speaking clients happen regularly; if you speak either, you will use it from day one
- Structured outreach discipline - you are comfortable driving high-volume activity and you understand why the numbers matter
- CRM experience - you have logged and managed outreach activity in any CRM and you understand why accurate data matters
- Active listening - you ask focused questions and actually use the answers
- Based in Poland - This is a hybrid set up, you will be expected occasionally visit office in Warsaw. You need to be reliable and comfortable working in remote environment.

Responsibilities:
- Outbound sales to pharmaceutical companies in Europe and APAC.
- Responsibilities: - Initiating conversations and forwarding qualified leads to Account Executives.
- Working language: English. Additional: French or German – used in correspondence.
- Complete serialisation and compliance training.
- Responsibilities: research and contact with manufacturers, CMOs and distributors via phone, email and LinkedIn.
- Reaching decision-makers in the supply chain, compliance and senior management.
- Conducting diagnostic interviews and scheduling qualified meetings.
- Account research: profiling, regulatory pressures and alignment.
- Manage inbound webinars, events and marketing.
- Documentation of all interactions, results and next steps in Zoho CRM.
- Pre-meeting briefings for AEs and weekly activity reports.
- During the first 30 days, shadowing interviews, serialisation training and target list building will be carried out.
OTE: PLN 15,000 gross per month (commission directly tied only to number of qualified leads and meetings, not their effect).
- Annual bonus.
- Track: Senior CDR (12–18 months) with measurable milestones.
- Full onboarding training on serialisation and compliance.
