Field Test Engineer

MUST HAVE

• Experience in Telecom/ IP Networks/ IT or Technical Field Services.
• Strong knowledge of IP Networking (Switches, Routers, Firewalls).
• Experience with OS & Virtualization (Unix, Windows, VM tech).
• Good RF understanding (Base Stations, Mobile/Portable Radios, RF testing).
• Hands-on field skills (wiring, soldering, installation).
• Fluent English.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel (up to 80%).

NICE TO HAVE

• CCNA / JNCIA or equivalent networking certification.
• Experience working with radio communications or critical infrastructure.
• Security clearance eligibility.

YOU WILL

• Lead deployment and integration of communication systems on-site and remotely.
• Implement and configure 3rd party solutions.
• Conduct system staging, acceptance testing, and commissioning.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the implementation process.
• Maintain and update technical documentation and change logs.
• Act as the interface between the design and implementation teams.
• Coordinate with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams during field deployment.
• Support knowledge transfer and conduct training where needed.
