- Support for various file formats (PDF, DOCX, images, common media file formats etc.).
- Ability to integrate with other software systems in-house and SaaS (e.g., CRM).
- Ensure document/library storage structure is in line with commons Saas CRM platforms (Dynamics/Salesforce)
- APIs for custom integrations (e.g. moving documents from SaaS CRM to SharePoint Online and potentially vice-versa, full text search, version control and rollback).
- Ability to track document versions and maintain a history of changes.
- Ability to rollback to previous versions.
- Ability to implement Data Loss Prevention policies and apply and automate document sensitivity labelling.
- Ability to disallow “Request Access” functionality.
