ServiceNow Developer

To qualify for the role, you must have 

• At least 4+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience 
• Advanced ServiceNow CAD or CIS certification for IRM 
• Demonstrated experience with at least two programming languages (JavaScript, C#, Java or others) 
• Proven experience and advanced understanding of ITSM and GRC 
• Lead the technical design and implementation of the ServiceNow IRM module, ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational standards. 
• Develop and maintain the architecture for IRM solutions, integrating with other ServiceNow modules and third-party applications as needed. 
• Oversee the customization and configuration of the ServiceNow platform to meet specific IRM requirements, including risk assessment, compliance management, and audit management. 
• Cooperate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure that solutions meet business needs. 
• Lead a team of developers in the creation of custom applications, workflows, and reports within the ServiceNow platform. 
• Implement best practices for testing and quality assurance to ensure that all solutions are robust, scalable, and maintainable. 

ServiceNow is a global tool used widely to manage business processes of Enterprise clients. As Senior ServiceNow Developer you would collaborate with project teams involved in implementation, configuration and maintenance of NowPlatform. 

Your key responsibilities 

• As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will be tasked with directing the development and implementation of intricate business processes. This also involves the analysis of business requirements at all stages of development. You may have the opportunity to lead a team of consultants during projects or design the architecture of ServiceNow solutions.

• Outstanding knowledge of NowPlatform architecture with minimum 4+ years of experience 
• Experience in product customizations, integrations, implementation or maintenance 
• Experience in project activities as a ServiceNow Technical Lead in Integrated Risk Management (GRC)
