Fullstack Development Engineer

Project

Join an international technology team developing a product analytics and telemetry platform. The solution enables application teams to collect and analyse behavioural and performance data, monitor user journeys, measure product adoption and improve user satisfaction.

You will be part of a newly formed team responsible for developing and supporting solutions throughout the entire software delivery lifecycle.

You will

• Participate in software architecture design and technical decision-making
• Develop scalable solutions using best practices and design patterns
• Analyse business and technical requirements, identify potential improvements and recommend appropriate solutions
• Create clear and comprehensive technical documentation
• Develop application prototypes to validate concepts and proposed designs
• Manage changes throughout the Service Management lifecycle
• Contribute to automation and continuous improvement of service management processes
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver appropriate technical solutions
• Support products throughout their lifecycle, including development, testing, release, and ongoing maintenance

Must have

• At least 5 years of professional experience in backend development
• Strong experience with Node.js and Web APIs
• Good knowledge of database design and SQL, preferably with PostgreSQL
• Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience working with Git
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English and Polish

Nice to have

• Experience with Go
• Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks, particularly React or Angular 2+
• Knowledge of HTML5 and CSS
• Experience supporting production environments
• Understanding of Service Management processes and related practices
