- Part-time role: 0.1 FTE (16 hours per month), ensuring a secure work environment and promoting staff health
- Ensuring adherence to Polish occupational health and safety regulations (Kodeks pracy, rozporządzenia BHP)
- Conducting workplace risk assessments and maintaining detailed documentation
- Coordinating and delivering required OSH training for new hires and periodic refreshers
- Investigating workplace incidents and near-misses and preparing detailed reports
- Coordinating medical examinations (badania wstępne, okresowe, kontrolne)
- Liaising with PIP, Sanepid and other regulatory authorities to ensure flawless compliance
- Maintaining OSH records and internal audit schedules meticulously
- Advising management on safety improvements and legal updates
