Contribute to high-impact, real-world projects that directly influence the evolution of banking
Work may involve developing next-generation digital banking solutions, fortifying cybersecurity defenses, driving data-powered innovations and transforming customer experiences
Gain exposure to technology areas depending on team placement: Microservices Development (Java, Spring Framework, Pivotal Cloud Foundry), Front-End Web Development (React or Angular, Apigee, TypeScript, HTML5), Generative AI & AI Agents (GitHub Copilot, Prompt Engineering, Workflow Design, GenAI Optimization), and Data Analytics (Splunk, Tableau, Adobe Analytics)
Work in globally scoped projects with cross-functional teams
Benefit from structured learning, on-the-desk training, a speaker series, networking, mentoring and development programs
Work in a hybrid model with up to 2 days working from home per week
Successful Summer Analysts often return to Citi after graduation to become Full-Time Analysts

Graduation between Dec 2027 and July 2028
Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or other tech-related degrees (in progress)
Ability to pass technical interviews consisting of basic algorithmic programming exercises
Proactive problem-solver who thrives on innovation and leverages Generative AI to address complex business problems
Excellent communication skills, project management, leadership and attention to detail
Ability to work well within diverse teams; collaborative and adaptable
Global outlook and willingness to collaborate across cultures and time zones
Prior experience working in agile teams is desirable
Authorized to work in Poland without the need for employer sponsorship, now or in the future
