Managing the procedure for new transport companies in Genk
Entering new tariffs in PSD for every region
Adding additional regions in our transport platforms
Closing transport costs on a monthly basis, including reinvoicing of transport (creation + validation)
Reporting on transport costs and adjusting fuel surcharges
Delivering data for OFU and validating delivery data
Creating and distributing performance reports for every transport company
Solving issues in dispatch (weighing bridge) and validating invoices in SAP Workflow
Being a back-up for the PSD support central team
Supporting the Transport Manager with evolutions of the IT system
