UX Designer

• Owning the end-to-end UX process, with support from an experienced UX designer when needed
• Working closely with stakeholders to understand business goals, user needs, and product hypotheses, and turning them into intuitive design solutions
• Collaborating with engineering teams to ensure the UX meets both technical and functional requirements
• Conducting UX research, developing design concepts, and implementing solutions based on insights and findings
• Using AI tools in daily work and exploring how they can improve the design process
• Designing multimodal AI experiences: agentic interfaces, RAG-powered apps, voicebots and generative AI tools
• Taking ownership and working independently in the UX process

Key requirements:

• Excellent command of English (B2/C1)
• 3+ years of experience as a UX designer
• Fluency in using AI tools, Figma, Miro, Webflow
• Ability to plan the design of products from scratch for different clients (from start-ups to corporations)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Willingness to participate in creating AI products
• Knowledge of design principles
• Experience with design systems
• Ability to experiment and find new solutions
• Experience with analytics and user behavior tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar

Nice to have:

• Work experience in a software agency
• UX research experience: tools and methods
• Experience with UX audits
