Salesforce Consultant with German

Andersen is hiring a Salesforce Consultant with German for a project enhancing a Salesforce ecosystem and delivering scalable CRM solutions for the energy sector.

Our customer is an electricity transmission system operator responsible for the reliable and secure operation of high-voltage power infrastructure.

The project is focused on supporting and enhancing the Salesforce ecosystem for an energy infrastructure company.

Responsibilities:

• Eliciting, , and validating business requirements in close collaboration with stakeholders across business, IT, and management.
• Translating business needs into scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions aligned with best practices.
• Leading and coordinating the full implementation lifecycle, from requirement gathering through design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Ensuring that delivered solutions provide measurable business value and meet defined objectives.
• Acting as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Providing expert guidance on Salesforce capabilities, architecture decisions, and CRM strategy.
• Supporting continuous improvement of Salesforce applications and processes.
• Preparing and maintaining comprehensive documentation

Must-haves:

• Hands-on experience as a Salesforce Consultant for 2+ years.
• Strong expertise in business analysis, requirements engineering, and stakeholder management.
• Salesforce Certified Business Analyst.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and ecosystems.
• Experience translating complex business requirements into technical solutions.
• Familiarity with Salesforce implementation lifecycle and delivery methodologies.
• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate or above.
• Level of German – from Advanced or above.

• Ability to work in a client-facing role in an international environment.
• Willingness to participate in on-site activities when required.
• Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform App Builder, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, Tableau).
