Key responsibilities:
- Design, develop and implement solutions across applications, architecture and infrastructure.
- Review requirements and business processes, translating them into tested, maintainable code.
- Assess technology and market trends and inform technology decisions.
- Collaborate globally on architecture, database design, development and testing.
- Mentor teammates and promote continuous improvement and best practices.
Work model and rewards:
- Hybrid role in Poland with at least three office days weekly, subject to change.
- Annual gross base pay: PLN 169,000–330,000, plus potential bonus and equity.
