Privacy Data Analyst with Dutch

Duties and responsibilities:

• Review and process incoming privacy requests using online tools and assess their validity against client policies.
• Handle privacy cases and regulatory inquiries with client policy specialists using the response framework.
• Maintain high quality and meet weekly productivity targets.
• Keep up to date with policy and protocol changes with Training and Quality teams.
• Collaborate on projects improving internal efficiency and develop data, tool and quality-assessment skills.
• Support additional workflows, products and markets when business needs or volumes require it, including the English market and work using a Translation Tool.

Required qualifications:

• Fluent written and spoken Dutch and English.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication, and sound judgment.
• Ability to review internet content that may include graphic, violent or sexual material.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing business needs and learn new tools quickly.
• Good computer literacy.

Desirable:

• Google Suite skills.
• Bachelor's or master's degree, or equivalent experience in online operations, privacy or legal support.
