03 Profil

Key requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in the power converter industry.
Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, or Power Electronics.
Strong knowledge of grid-connected converter control, dynamic modeling, controller design, simulation, and testing.
Experience with PWM strategies, current control, DC voltage control, and active and reactive power control in three-phase converters.
Understanding of DQ0, sequence, and phasor representations in power systems.
Experience with MATLAB, Simulink, PLECS, or PSCAD.
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues using structured analysis methods.
Strong analytical and communication skills with a proactive mindset.
Fluent English communication skills.

Nice to have:

Knowledge of grid codes and compliance assessment.
PhD degree.
