Venture Associate (K/M)

• Work alongside the people driving Daftcode ventures and support financial infrastructure for institutions, including regulated entities, banking rails, stablecoins and payments.
• Own operational workstreams end to end across group entities and deliver outcomes from defined objectives.
• Build financial models, unit economics and business cases for new products and ventures.
• Prepare decks, documents and analyses for banks, partners and regulators.
• Run parallel initiatives across legal, compliance, engineering and external providers, keeping them on schedule.
• Research markets, competitors and the EU regulatory landscape, including MiCA, e-money and payments, and turn findings into decisions and business output.
• The week may include a financial model, a regulatory document and a product launch.
• Long-term B2B cooperation with a flexible hybrid model.

Key requirements:

• Daily practical use of LLM tools and ability to significantly increase personal output with them.
• Background in consulting, startups or private equity, preferably in fast-paced, output-focused environments.
• Hands-on startup experience and ability to build without an established playbook.
• Structured execution: turn ambiguous tasks into finished deliverables.
• Strong written English and ability to produce documents to bank-compliance quality.
• Genuine interest in FinTech and crypto as institutional finance, including payments, e-money, stablecoins and banking rails.

Nice to have:

• Financial background and ability to build financial models, unit economics and project calculations from scratch.
• University degree, preferably in finance, economics or a related field.
• Prior crypto experience.
