Customer Service Consultant with Finnish (K/M)

Tasks:

• Provide technical information and support to household appliance and RTV equipment users according to project guidelines.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems.
• Explain products and their functionality.
• Enter customer requests into the system.

• Civil contract: PLN 60 gross per hour on-site in Warsaw or PLN 55 gross per hour fully remotely.

• Flexible scheduling based on declared availability and project needs. After meeting operational requirements and performance standards, on-site work may change to hybrid work: three weeks remote and one week on-site.

Recruitment process:

• Initial phone or email screening.
• Language test.
• Online interview with English verification.
• Decision communication.

• Fluent Finnish at C1 level.
• Excellent English at B2 level.
• Basic knowledge of operating household appliances, including refrigerators, washing machines and TVs.
• Ability to type quickly on a computer keyboard.
• Preferred availability of approximately 120 hours per month.
• Availability during Monday to Friday project operating hours, 8:00–17:00, with hours selected from available time slots.
