Responsibilities:

Serve as Scrum Master for the Core Team and facilitate sprint planning, daily stand ups, retrospectives and sprint reviews.
Ensure Scrum principles are followed, remove impediments and support delivery of sprint goals.
Coordinate Level 3 and Level 4 support tickets and help resolve complex functional and technical issues.
Test bug fixes and functional or technical enhancements before production deployment.
Analyze business requirements, prepare functional specifications and documentation, and support technical studies.
Coordinate application roll outs and deployments across multiple markets.
Act as liaison between market stakeholders, business users, development teams and support teams.

Project details:

IT Services project based in Wrocław with hybrid work and a maximum of 2 days per week in the office.
Full time B2B engagement with an ASAP start date.

03 Profil

Key requirements:

At least 6 years of professional experience as a Scrum Master, Business Analyst or in a similar role.
Experience in Agile and Scrum environments within international organizations.
Experience supporting business critical applications and coordinating releases.
Scrum Master certification.
Basic SQL knowledge and ability to execute simple queries.
Basic Linux skills, including SSH server connections and copying files with SCP.
Basic understanding of CI/CD concepts and Azure DevOps and GitLab tools.
Experience testing application enhancements and defect fixes.
Very good command of English.
Citizenship of an EU country and residence in Poland.

Nice to have:

Basic knowledge of Grafana, including retrieving and analyzing logs.
