Back Office Customer Service in English

Responsibilities:

• Performing tasks related to user support for a social media platform.
• Handling customer inquiries via email and chat in English.
• Reviewing and processing user-related requests in line with project guidelines.

• Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
• Availability of approximately 140 hours per month.
• Ability to declare availability within the project's operating hours (7:00-24:00 Monday-Sunday).
