Key Responsibilities

Final assembly setup and continuous process improvement
Production layout, work instructions, quality procedures, KPI implementation
Team leadership: planning, prioritizing, coordinating daily work
Ramp-up support and solving technical/process issues
Training and developing technicians
Collaboration with management, HR, purchasing, and external partners
