Salesforce QA Engineer

Project

As Salesforce QA Engineer you will be responsible for establishing and managing the QA process for the Salesforce Experience Cloud Platform. The process should include end-to-end testing comprising smoke, regression, and progression test plans.

You will

• Test the software on #1 CRM - Salesforce.com platform
• Work with Product Owners and the Development Team to define the functional and technical requirements during user story refinement sessions
• Create test plans and procedures based on clients’ requirements
• Design and implement QA Testing Framework for the Salesforce Experience Cloud New Partner in collaboration with the Project Team
• Report on bugs and their status as well as interact with Developers to get them sorted out

Must have

• 3+ years of experience in preparing, conducting, and documenting software tests
• Experience using Agile development methods, practices, and project management tools like Jira, TestRail, etc.
• Knowledge of at least one object-oriented programming language to be able to write automated tests (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript)
• Basic knowledge of SQL/SOQL Queries
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP integration testing
• Strong technical writing skills to develop comprehensive technical specification documents, process flow diagrams, use cases, and test plans
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capability
• Fluent English and Polish

• Previous experience with Salesforce applications
• ISTQB Certification
• Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification
• Salesforce Administrator Certification
