About the role

We are looking for an experienced Director of AI Product who will become a strategic partner to the CEO and CTO and play a key role in shaping the company’s product vision.

This is a leadership position for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on product execution. You will lead a team of Product Managers, translate business strategy into product initiatives, and collaborate closely with Engineering and Design to deliver innovative AI products for enterprise customers. This role offers significant ownership, direct exposure to executive leadership, and a clear growth path as the company continues to scale.

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience leading Product Managers or Product teams
• Strong background in building and scaling software products
• Solid understanding of LLMs, AI Agents, Agentic AI, and modern AI technologies
• Experience defining product strategy and bringing products successfully to market
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Fluent English (spoken and written)

Your responsibilities

• Co-create product strategy together with the CEO and CTO
• Lead, mentor, and grow the Product Management team
• Own the product lifecycle from strategy through delivery
• Translate business objectives into clear product roadmaps
• Work closely with Engineering and Design teams
• Drive the development of enterprise AI products used by global customers
