About the Role

We're looking for people who want to start a career in IT but don't yet have technical experience. No prior IT knowledge is required. We provide a free 6-week training program in Microsoft-based user support that will prepare you for the role from the ground up.

Upon successful completion of the training, you will receive a job offer for the position of Junior IT Support as part of the 1st Line Support team.

Your Responsibilities

• • Receive and log user support requests via phone, email, and the ticketing system
  • Resolve basic technical issues related to hardware, software, and user accounts in a Microsoft environment
  • Diagnose incidents and escalate more complex issues to the 2nd Line Support team
  • Maintain accurate ticket documentation in accordance with established procedures
  • Deliver high-quality customer service and ensure a positive user experience

What We're Looking For

• • Good command of English, both written and spoken
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to work in Kraków on a rotating 3-shift schedule
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is an advantage (technical experience is not required; experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or similar roles is welcome)
  • Motivation to learn and develop a career in IT
