Vendor Performance Analyst

Join a global Vendor Management Office supporting enterprise technology services. You'll help improve vendor performance, governance, reporting, and operational excellence across strategic technology suppliers.

You will

• Prepare vendor performance reports and dashboards
• Maintain supplier scorecards
• Support governance meetings and follow-up actions
• Analyze performance, spend, and risk data
• Support remediation activities
• Drive reporting improvements and process optimization
• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Operations and Technology teams

Must have

• Experience in Vendor Management, Procurement or Service Management
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent Excel and reporting skills
• Experience preparing management reports
• Strong stakeholder management
• Fluent English and Polish

Nice to have

• Experience with vendor governance
• Cost optimization initiatives
• Performance frameworks
• Experience in enterprise technology organizations
