- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.

- Conduct process analysis, impact assessments, and gap analyses.
- Prepare recommendations, roadmaps, project documentation, and management presentations.
- Coordinate activities across business and technology teams.
- Support or lead project planning, governance, reporting, RAID management, and dependency tracking.
- Contribute to system implementations, testing, UAT, data migrations, change management, or business adoption activities.
- Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders in international environments.
