- Defining and communicating team objectives and goals (PI objectives)
- Collaborating with architects, product management, and stakeholders
- Supporting solution design aligned with architectural and non-functional requirements
- Working closely with product management, architects, and other Product Owners
- Contributing to integration framework governance and common platform development
- Identifying risks, dependencies, and impediments at team level
- Supporting agile delivery within organizational standards and governance frameworks
- Daily cooperation with integration teams and participation in governance forums
