Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes

10+ years of hands-on experience administering Oracle Database 12c–19c
Strong practical experience with Oracle RAC (ASM) in production environments
Strong experience with Oracle Data Guard and disaster recovery solutions
Experience with Linux administration in enterprise environments
Experience with Oracle database provisioning, migrations, and service management
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of Oracle architecture and database design principles
Fluent English, both written and spoken
