UX Designer

• Working with cross-functional partners in Design, Product, Experimentation, and Engineering teams to craft groundbreaking user experiences, understand user problems, and identify key opportunities for both the user and our business.
• Establishing and maintaining our design system, grasping the roadmap, and ensuring timely project completion.
• Championing the interests of the business through design-informed decisions.
• Engaging with key stakeholders in the design process and fostering a resilient design team and culture.

Key requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience designing mobile applications (iOS/Android) and responsive web experiences.
• Ability to clearly articulate and defend product design decisions based on user needs and business goals.
• Experience working with user research insights and data analysis to inform design solutions.
• Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with designers, product managers, analysts, researchers, and engineers to validate and deliver experiences quickly and iteratively.
• Ability to work across the entire design process — from ideation and concept development to implementation and refinement.
• Strong verbal and visual communication skills, with the ability to present design processes, approaches, and outcomes effectively.
• Native-level proficiency in Polish and B2-level English skills.
• Practical experience using AI assistants (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot Chat, or similar) to improve productivity, quality, or decision-making in analysis and software delivery.
• Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.

Nice to have:

• Experience applying GenAI in a more structured way within the SDLC, including defined workflows, prompt patterns, or tool integrations embedded into daily analytical and documentation work.
