01 Zakres zadań

  • Advising and supporting our highest-performing sellers during onboarding and throughout their entire journey.
  • Managing and optimizing the performance of top-tier sellers, helping them unlock their full sales potential.
  • Upgrading customers from a free trial period to paid packages by showcasing the value of our offerings.
  • Enhancing customer profitability and satisfaction by identifying cross-selling opportunities for additional products and services.
  • Accurately tracking interactions and actions within CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and reporting documents as directed by team leaders.
  • Providing occasional support at events where the company is present, representing the company with expertise and professionalism.
  • Contributing to the rollout of new features and programs with a proactive and 'can-do' attitude.
