At least 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst
Strong experience in requirements gathering and stakeholder management
Ability to analyze complex business processes and identify improvement opportunities
Experience working closely with both business and IT teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and facilitation abilities
Experience supporting testing and business validation activities
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Good English communication skills
Experience working in international organizations
Knowledge of Agile methodologies
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar collaboration tools
Experience with process modelling techniques such as BPMN or UML
