- Lead end-to-end change workstreams (scope, plan, RAID, budget tracking, quality).
- Define and execute change strategies (impact & readiness assessments, stakeholder mapping, change roadmaps, adoption KPIs).
- Design and run stakeholder engagement approaches, including leadership alignment and change networks.
- Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and interviews to integrate employee voice into transformation design.
- Develop and oversee communication and engagement strategies.
- Shape learning and enablement approaches (learning journeys, coaching frameworks, change champion networks).
- Track adoption and behavior change metrics, recommending course corrections where needed.
- Ensure tight integration between change plans and overall project delivery.
